"Özüaydın Vinç ve Liman İşletmeciliği" (Crane and Port Management) Company started its operations in the industry in 1982 while it was carrying out transport operations at the local level. The success in these activities moved Özüaydın to a leading position and has brought a success beyond the boundaries of Bursa.
With the increase in the need for the logistics sector in our industry, Özüaydın Crane Company changed its vision in order make greater enterprises, directing its experience to the areas that contribute more to the domestic economy in the logistics activities. Under the framework of this renovation and enterprise move the Company decided to continue its activities changing its title as "Özüaydın Vinç ve Liman İşletmeciliği".

Özüaydın Company carries out its operations since 1982 in Bursa, where the head office is located, in Gemlik, Bandırma, Gebze and İstanbul branches. Since 2012 by entering the African market it has moved its operations carried out in Turkey also to the African market.
